Decent sized and air conditioned rooms for the bed which is really a bowl, and good restaurant. The breakfast with a good coffee.

Liked how good small the property was and its exceptionally nice staff from the first shift. Our room was well-maintained with shower, just what was needed. This hotel was located in a central area really close to the Coliseum, Roma Termini, Altar Della Patria and Trevi Fountain and Centre and many famous landmarks. In Ristorante Esperia you could have Halal meals.

Although the location was great, I faced several inconveniences . The rooms were quite small and poorly insulated, leading to disturbances from the nearby pub and street noise, challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The place was fabulous and had outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly staff from the first shift, loved the stay. The food was outstanding, we had pastries and coffee for breakfast. It was modest, decent size and for the bed which is really a bowl. This hotel was set in a central area near two important metro stations, main train station and Both the Trevi and the Spanish steps also an easy walk...

Excellent location on one of the main streets. Termini Station is a 20-minute walk from the hotel with suitcases. hotel is 10 rooms on the 4th floor of a residential building, you need to call at the entrance to the entrance and you will be opened. entrance is clean, with a wonderful "old-mode" elevator (need to close 3 doors), gives both the house and driveway its charm. Our room overlooked the Cathedral of San Paolo, from whose bell tower every morning at 9. 00 a. m. stunning bell ringing is heard. room is not small, quite normal for two people, ceilings are 4 meters high (at least), i. e. large cubage of the room. bed and pillows are comfortable, is always important in a new place. room has an electric kettle, is not always met in three-star hotels. staff is attentive - always help, explain, draw on a map of the city. I can not say anything about breakfast - we did not take breakfast. Yes, small bathroom. Yes, small shower cubicle. for a Soviet man who lived in "Khrushchevka" in Rome, it shouldn't be a problem.
In a double room, for some reason, one chair.

A Wonderful Stay Close to All the Action!
We had a fantastic three-night stay, enjoying the reliable Wi-Fi and friendly staff. The area was vibrant, but make sure to bring earplugs for the nightlife. Breakfast options felt limited, but the location allowed us to explore iconic sites easily. Pro tip, request a quieter room on higher floors.

Not a bad location if you take the number to the yard. It's true, view of the courtyard is too sad, it's noisy. Via nationale, street is noisy. Not far from Termini Station, Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. It's about 10 or 15 minutes on foot.
Very bad cold water pressure, or rather the water was warm rather than cold. All the days of arrival. There's no way to swim or drink normally. An hour before the check-out we ran to the store, and when we came back, our room was already cleaned, and we threw away soap and shampoos (and our own) and could not take a shower. Horribly prickly blankets. The bed was covered with a badly ironed blanket. The hotel is on the 5th floor of the house, where the other hotels and apartments are located. If on any floor the elevator doors are not closed (and they are not automatic), the elevator does not go. And you have to either walk up or call the hotel, asking to check on which floor the doors are not closed. The room is very small, especially the bathroom. Breakfast: boiled eggs, sliced sausage and cheese (not very good sausage and Maasdam cheese), yogurt, muesli, muffin, croissant, nutella, honey, butter, bread. From drinks: juice, which is not very similar to juice, tea and coffee. Coffee is given one capsule per person, you make it yourself in a capsule coffee machine. In the room of the teapot and two bags of tea, two bags of coffee nescafe. Hearing in the rooms at a high altitude! In the next room laughed loudly guys laughed until two o'clock at night (I do not know what entertained them so much), as a result, we punched them on the wall, people understood, the sound was reduced))).

Clean room with high ceilings and excellent air conditioning provided a comfortable retreat during the August heat. The location was a major advantage, with access to key historical landmarks. Breakfast options were limited, offering little variety and a small seating area, which could be inconvenient during busy times.

The location is fantastic right around the corner from major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and had good air conditioning, a relief during the hot weather.
The beds could be more comfortable. Several guests reported them being slightly uncomfortable.

The location of Hotel Martini is unbeatable, just a short walk from major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The room provided decent size with enough plug points, and the high ceilings gave it a charming touch. Air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer heat, keeping the room cool. I had some pleasant interactions with the staff, especially during breakfast when they were quick to refill items. I faced issues with the room. The bed was hard, leading to discomfort during the night. The bathroom felt cramped, and the shower was quite small. Noise from the nearby bar was disruptive, especially late into the night-after 1:30 am, it was quite difficult to sleep. A few minor maintenance upgrades, like fixing the bathroom door, would greatly improve the experience. While the hotel has its charm and great location, some important adjustments are needed for a more comfortable stay.
